Went to Vivo City, last Friday [the 13th] together Laogong...Bad traffic jam all along the way cuz we went there in a cab, had to drop off at Habour Front Shopping Center then walk to Vivo City, instead...
The first thing I did was to go have a look at the newly set-up Anna Sui counter in CK Tangs, totally love the new concept when I saw it...The whole CK Tangs was'nt exactly huge but most of the cosmetics and skincare counters inside were big...Laogong and I then went out of CK Tangs, looking at the various shops and stuffs...
We took a directory map from the information counter, then began exploring around the first floor...The whole shopping center is only 3storeys high but the place is huge enough to have most of the big brands in, really very up to standards...I could'nt help but kept going in and out of the boutiques over at Vivo City...hahas...Laogong and I went into Pull and Bear and then we went to LEvis, then TOpman & Topshop, including Forever 21 as well...
Forever 21 at Vivo, is kinda big and way better compared to its mother branch at Wistma...The clothes and accessories were nicer and very much organised, I fancied a black sexy corset top there and then went to give it a try...I took pictures of myself wearing it while inside the changing room, lols...When I was done, I showed Laogong the picture and he too, like I kinda loved the top...SO, Laogong bought the lovely corset top for me in the end...
Laogong and I, then went looking for foodcourts cuz there were'nt much eateries opened yet...When we've reached the foodcourts at B2, I almost wanted to give up the thought of eating...2 foocourts in total, one is BAnquet the other Kopitiam, all full!! SOoo, ya just imagine the crowd!! It was a total put-off but Laogong and I still managed to get our seats and have our dinner...I had green curry chicken with rice while Laogong ordered thai-fried rice, the food is not really enticing but the taste is just alright, we also had a soup from one of the stores in Kopitiam...ARgh, fcUk! The soup was freaking bad, totally tasteless almost like plain water! *yucks...
Yeah, so after the bad dinner at Kopitiam Laogong and I went to Golden Village and bought our tickets to Death Note...Golden Village kept publicising on how big their new cinema is, like its a mega-watt, super duper biggie place in the whole of Singapore...I ended up being not so impressed at all, it was just like CK Tangs so cramped up...Although, I must say its facilities and services are better but I'm not exactly sure if it's the biggest...Just kinda disappointing, duh I dunno...hahas...Laogong and I thought nothing much about the new Golden Village, its just more posh then its other "brothers" and "sisters" outlets, that's all...lols...
Laogong and I bought the mid-night tickets to Death Note, so we had lotsa times roaming around the whole of Vivo City...Laogong and I, then went to Carlos to get some fries, criss-cross fries and the normal fries...The criss-cross ones tasted so nice while the normal ones are really yucky, *Pouts...Laogong and I had mostly the criss-cross fries...*bleahs...Then after, we even walked over to take a look at the newly-opened St James Power Station, just directly beside Vivo... The whole discotheque really resembled a power station, but there was only a small part of it opened to the public, the rest were still under renovations...That small part opened, is named "DragonFly" really nice name but Laogong and I never went in...hahas...
Laogong and I went back to Vivo after the exploration and we share a cuppa ice blended utimate moccha, had a seat over at their comfy sofas...Then, we went outside of Vivo City and sat at one of the benches resting, enjoying the sweet sea breeze blowing in both Laogong and my face...We sat down there until it was 12 and, we finally went in for our show...
The movie lasted for like two hours, maybe...*SHrugs I just could'nt recall...hhahas...YA, but this movie is a good ONE!! I totally dig that!! A astounding battle between the two cutesy Japanese guys! Kira against Detective "L", ohhhh...I just dunno what to say, Laogong was almost fed up with my continous commentations on how spectacular the movie was...*Bleahs..
