Slept at Laogong's house the night before, and both Laogong and I woke up especially early on this day...Laogong woke up at 6am, while I slept till 7am...Laogong had already bathed when he came into the room to wake me up, so I woke up and went to bath as well...Laogong's whole family, in fact were awake and preparing...Wondering why we're all so early? It's a special day, for the first time I'm tagging along together with Laogong and his family to pay my respects to his big brother and also Laogong's grandfather...

Laogong's dad drove us all down to Lim Chu Kang first, and from there Laogong and his sister cleared losta weeds which growed around...Then, we burn incense sticks and pay our respects to Laogong's big brother...After more than half-an-hour, we went to a temple in Bishan to pay respects to Laogong's grandfather...It was a memorable day, we even prayed to the "Guan Yin" at the temple for a lot to ask about our future...After that, Laogong's father drove us to Jurong Point then Laogong accompanied me to open the shop...

One more thing, my bloody handphone has finally "died", it happened when we were in the temple paying our respects to Laogong's grandfather...My freaking N-Gage was suddenly beserk, only showing the word "NOKIA" on the screen...I took out the battery and put it back again but to no avail...Laogong also tried to help me, tested out ways to see if it would switch on but still...*Shrugs...

And so, my N-GAGE has died...Just when I needed it the most...Laogong's handphone was sent for repair and not back yet, he had to use his sister's handphone for the time being so Laogong could not spare me a phone to use...In the end, Laogong asked me if I wanted a new handphone...

A new handphone??? *Lols...I told Laogong that, I don't even have the $ to buy one for now...Where am I supposed to get the $$ to buy one? Laogong bought me to all the handphone shops in Jurong Point to look at handphones, and he knew that I had fancied the Nokia 7370 for some time...So he asked me if I wanted that, I smiled sheepishly to Laogong so we checked out the phone but then I found out that it has a low memory and you cant insert MMC into it to expand the memory...Laogong knew that the handphone's limited space would never be enough for me, so he asked me to look for other models...

I thought likewise, somemore the Nokia 7370 is a series 40 phone so it has lotsa restricted functions...You cant install programmes into the handphone...Laogong then suggested N70, we went around looking and asking prices...In the end, Laogong accompanied me back to my shop so I could think carefully about what I want...Laogong bought deep-fried pork ribs ramen for me from "Crystal Jade" then he went off to do some stuffs before coming in the evening, to buy my handphone...

Laogong came back to the shop to find me, and I closed it then we went out to look at the N70...In the end, Laogong asked me if N70 was my final decision, I pondered for a short while then nodded my head to Laogong...We chose to buy the phone at Nokia shop, cuz the back at the other shop on the third floor, the sales girls were rude...So, Laogong and I went into Nokia shop, the sales girl at Nokia was better...She took out a brand new N70 and showed it to Laogong and me, then she asked Laogong if he wanted to get a extra 256 or 512mb MMC, instead of using the 64mb included...Laogong looked at me, then told me "See your face, I know 256mb surely not enough for you." I grinned at Laogong then, he told the sales girl to get a 512mb MMC...The sales girl also asked if we wanted a screen protector which costed $10, Laogong readily agreed...

Alas, I've got a new handphone!! N70!! I could'nt imagine it, and it's from Laogong!! *keke...In total, Laogong paid a whooping sum of $800plus!! Of cuz, he did not used cash...Laogong used his new favourite visa mini credit card then we went back to my shop...*pouts...I'm so happy!! Thanks soooo soooo soooo much Laogong!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my new phone!!!!!!
