14February2006 Valentine's Day
Laogong did not went to sleep when he's off from work, instead he told me that he had to attend to something...So we both agreed to meet in the afternoon at around 1pm...When Laogong had reached, he smsed me and I took the lift down to meet him...Silly Laogong hide a bouquet of red roses behind his back, and thought that I did'nt notice it...I was so happy when he gave the roses to me, all 12stalks were red and really nice...In the past year, Laogong had only managed to give me a mini bouquet of blue roses...So I'm really happy to get my favourite red roses this year...
Our first stop, was to Jurong Point where Laogong and I had our late lunch at LaiLai...Then Laogong bought me to Sentosa...*Grins...It was a hot day but really fun as well. Laogong bought me to the cable car station and we took it into Sentosa, we saw really great views of the whole island and even took some nice pictures of the scenary there...We both recalled our childhood days, where we first took the cable car then we both realised that this was the very first time that Laogong and I, after so many years had come together...To once again, ride on the cable car...
After that, Laogong and I walked around Sentosa and I told Laogong that I wanted to go for the Cinemania...So Laogong and I took the blue line bus in Sentosa there, walked for a short distance and finally reached Cinemania...The old Fantasy Island used to be located just right infront of Cinemania but now, the whole place had been reclaimed and turned into a big carpark...Back to Cinemania, Laogong bought the tickets for the show then, we quickly went in to catch the show...It was a short 20minutes or so, but the exprience was quite fun...Laogong hold on tightly to one of my hands so that I would'nt feel so scared...
After that, we took the shutter bus out to Harbour Front mrt station...From there, Laogong bought me to Cineleisure and we went to dine at Yuki on Yaki...I still remembered the first time we had our meals there was, Laogong's 21 birthday and I had bought him there to celebrate...Yuki on Yaki was very packed on this valentine's which I believe, everywhere else is the same...Luckily Laogong and I were there early, so we managed to get good seats...I ate alot of (LaLas, urm it's a kinda shell variety), Laogong also helped me cooked some of it, while I enjoyed of all it...There was sambal chilli provided at Yuki on Yaki and I used lotsa of it to cook the (LaLas)...Hmm hmmm, delicious!! Lols...Laogong only ate one of it when I urged him to, cuz Laogong does'nt eat spicy stuff...Then after all the cooking, we had our fried ice-cream...I chose mango, tiramisu, and rum & raisin flavours...Laogong let me cold-fried the ice-cream first, and then because I had overdid it...It was kinda thick and difficult to get, so Laogong helped me with it...It was totally fun...We really enjoyed it..
At the end of it all, Laogong and I took the mrt back to Laogong's house...I went into Laogong's room once we've reached home...And there lied another surprise for me, a love-flower stick...Laogong has really made me happy, and brought me a wonderful valentine's celebration...I love you, Laogong...
14February2006, Tuesday(Happy Valentine's Day!)
There's 7more hours to go, before I will finally wake up in the morning to bath then doll up myself...Laogong's gonna bring me out, to where? I'm not sure, but it'll definately be a wonderful day...I know Laogong will be having lotsa surprises for me, and I really looking forward to this day...I wanna look my best on this perfect day with together with my Laogong!! Although, Laogong's been telling me that he might not be giving me anything, neither presents nor roses but I know Laogong's just pulling my leg...
I know Laogong can be a very romantic guy, which is far beyond my imagination...Cuz previously, Laogong has already brought to me lotsa of surprises and love...So, I know this time round, Laogong would definately continue doing the same...All this, just for me to be happy...Like Laogong would always tell me, "As long as you're happy, I will be happy too." x)) *Blushes...
Also, not forgetting about my friends out there...A very happy valentine's and friendship day to all you!! Enjoy this love-filled occasion, and have fun!!

Both Laogong and I had agreed to wake up at 11am, but we overslept...Lolx...I woke up at around 1pm in the afternoon, cuz I kept recieving calls from the modelling agency...So then, which I finally recalled...I had a appointment with them this afternoon at 3.30pm...
I quickly woke Laogong up, then the both of us took turns to bath...We finally were outta Laogong's house at around 2.30pm...Laogong said that we should take a cab down, he'll pay for it...*grins...We managed to reached Takashimaya early, and so we went searching for Tower B and took the lift to the 13th floor...Laogong accompanied me, and waited together with me for the so-called "interview"...It lasted around 10minutes, and there was this girl named Karen, telling me the details...She said there is a course which I've gotta attend in 10Sundays, if I were to be selected...All I asked was, do I have to pay for anything at all, etc..Portfolios and makeups and stuffs...Karen replied me with a no, their company will be sponsoring all the fees for the course...Afterwhich, I would be a freelance model...Upon receiving their calls, I could decide if I wanna take up the commercial ad...
After listening to all that Karen had said, I went off together with Laogong...Now, I can only wait for their call...*Pouts...Laogong brought me to NYDC, and we had our early dinner there then shopped around Wistma for a short while...We went into Forever21 and Laogong bought a white tank top for me...*blehs...

Laogong's off day...This time round, Laogong asked me to stay home instead of going to his house in the morning...Cuz Laogong needed time to prepare for this Valentine's, he told me that we'll only meet in the night...I kept pestering Laogong, asking him what was he going to give me, where was he going to, but Laogong just kept quiet...*grins...So then, while I was still sleeping at about 10plus in the morning, Laogong came to my house and left the PSP on my bed then went off...
I woke up soon after Laogong left, and began to play with my PSP...Then, used my laptop till the late afternoon when my brother came back from school...I stopped playing the com, then soon went to get ready to meet Laogong...Laogong was supposed to meet me around 6or 7plus in the evening but only managed to meet me at 8pm...So Laogong then smsed me, and told me to wait for him outside Pizza Hut in Jurong Point...I got there earlier, played with my PSP for awhile then Laogong finally came...
We went into Pizza Hut, and Laogong ordered the "Love Berry" pizza set for the both of us...I showed Laogong what I had added into the PSP while I was home earlier on...Laogong and I chatted, then Laogong accidentally spilled the beans, and I got to know that Laogong had actually been to town area...Silly Laogong, even mentioned that he does'nt wants to tell me anything about what he's gonna do, but still blurted out some details...Lolx..Laogong kept asking me, izit ok if I won't be able to get roses from him this Valentine's...Of cuz, I would prefer roses, if i say no, I would be lying also...*blehs...
So then, back to our meal...After spending more than an hour plus eating our "love berry" pizza, we went to the arcade on the third floor...Laogong and I played the latest "house of dead" cuz he's been wanting to try it out for quite some time, but always could'nt spare the time...We kept shooting the zombies until our hands were so tired...Then, we went back to Laogong's house to rest...

Went to meet Shuping after leaving Laogong's house in the morning...I took a cab down to Ping's place to pick her up then went to Jurong East for a singing session at Kbox...It's been long since the both of us last got together to go for a singing session again...And yes, this is the second time after Laogong has bought me to kbox...I'm back to sing again but with a different person only...*bleahs... Ping and I sang and chatted a lot, all the while the system in our room was doing quite fine...Then when it was my turn to sing my favourite "Mei Li Ben Nu Ren", the whole system got stuck then shut off...*shrugs...Ping and I called for the staffs a total of 3times, cuz during the first and second time after the staffs had restarted the systems, it happens again...So, the third time...Ping and I just walked off and chose to end our singing session early, to go shopping instead... We went to IMM and window-shopped for a short while then, chatted somemore and finally took the shutter bus back to Jurong Point...Then I got hungry so Ping accompanied me to BentoBox and ate together with me, where we chatted more and more until it was time for Ping to go...PengSeng had come to fetch Ping in his bike so they could go buy full face helmets, cool...While I headed home to rest...
The fifth day of chinese new year, Laogong, my kid-brother and me went to Ghim Moh to visit my grandmother(from my mother's side)...It's been a year plus since my brother and I've been going to her house during chinese new year...Even grandma realised about it and asked why had'nt we turned up...It's really a long story...But, well let's give that a miss... My brother and I chatted with grandma for more than an hour plus, through out the whole chat, our topic had mostly revolved around our lives now and about my father...I knew Laogong was a little bored, so I tried to accompany him while at my grandma's house as often as I could...Then grandma cooked dinner for us, Laogong, my brother and I all sat down to eat...For Laogong, eating at my grandma's might be a normal first-time affair but to my brother and me.......It's a moment of reminiscne, I even asked my brother if he had remembered, running around in the living room when young and grandma was trying very hard to feed him, his dinner...My brother had'nt forgot about it well so do I, cuz since young it has been the same table I've sat at to eat... After our dinner, we all sat in the living room and watched tv, until it was time to leave...The three of us then headed down to Lakeside mrt station, to meet up with Steven to go to Jason's house and "bai nian"...When Steven came, it was already near to 8pm...Laogong helped Steven and my brother made a "short-intro" to each other, and soon the two of them were happily discussing about games, computer and stuffs...We all walked on foot to Jason's house and when we've reached, Jason's door was already opened and waiting for us... We all spent a boring hour over there, chatted for a short while as well then left Jason's house...My brother was tired so he decided to go home to rest, while Laogong, Steven and I headed to Jurong Point to have late dinner, after seeing my brother off...The remaining three of us, went to Crystal Jade to have our dinner...We happened to know that both Laogong's and Steven's auntie was one of the staffs working at Crystal Jade, she also served us and even paid for our bill after that... At the end of our dinner, Laogong and I parted with Steven as he was rushing to meet his girlfriend...Laogong and I went home with a weary look and got to sleep soon after...
Went to meet Ah ger, Jieyi and Vivian for dinner at Seoul Garden in Bugis...It's been some time since I've last went to Seoul Garden...The last one was together with Ping at Jurong Point's branch...I was the one eating most of the time because I was late and they had eaten quite a lot already... I ate all I could, till I cant eat anymore and then we all went to BodyShop...I got another one of the strawberry scrub( I bought one previously at JP's branch) and a strawberry scented heart-shaped soap...I had also bought one of their new strawberry body butter plus lip balm previously, and it was really heavenly...Especially, the lip balm which you think you could eat when you've smelled it...I'm definately gonna support BodyShop more from now, cuz they carry my favourite fruity scent!! I'm so loving it... After paying for it, we went to the arcade...Together, Ah ger and I played Rock Fever and lost because we had'nt been playing it for a good long time...But nonetheless, it was still fun...After that, we went to catch plush toys and I managed to catch a big snowy white owl with few attempts...Ah ger had also tried out her luck at other plush toys machines but still went out empty-handed so she gave up...We went to Mcdonald's to had a cuppa then went to take the mrt home... On the way, inside the train...We all chatted and obsevered other people onboard the train...There were 2indians facing us directly, standing as well...Ah ger saw them and immediately joked about how "intimate" they were...We all laughed and joked as well...Then, Ah ger told me that there was a girl sitting opposite us, kept looking me...I thought nothing of it and told Ah ger that the girl's just jealous of me, because of my eyes...*Grins...Then, finally at Jurong East Station, where most people had alighted...All four of us sat down, Ah ger holding my handphone playing the songs that she liked to hear...One of the indians that we've joked about earlier on, had now sat directly opposite of us...Upon hearing our songs, he too turned on his handphone's song and we all laughed...Ah ger said, our's still sounds louder than his...haha...All the way, untill we've reached the last stop Boon Lay, then it all stops...LOls...
Laogong and I slept till the 1plus in the afternoon, woke up and watched as Laogong's father got a lion troupe to perform in their house...It was noisy and fun watching the lion danced, Laogong and his sister recorded all of the process inside the handphone due to Laogong's father...It only lasted for a short 20minutes or so...Though short, it is supposed to bring about good luck and prosperity...After that, Laogong fetched me back home, to bath and changed so I could go for my work later on...Then we went back to Laogong's house to have lunch... At around 4.30pm, Laogong fetched me to Jurong Point and accompanied me awhile more before I went for work...I smsed Cindy and asked if she was meeting me, and she said no...So I took the train alone to Tiong Bahru, and on the way I smsed Cindy again...I asked if she was gonna meet me at Tiong Bahru, if so I would wait for her and I also asked her what time would she reach...But there was no reply from her at all...So, I called her handphone but there she did not answered my call...Again, I smsed and asked her what time would she reached but still no replies...So, on and on I smsed her asking the same question repeatedly...Cindy still refused to tell me the time that she'll reach except that she'll see me in winebar later on... I know that, Cindy is unhappy with me so I told her if I had made her unhappy, I apologise and I did...After the "drawing lots incident", I've been normal...Even talking to her as before when I passed her the locker key...I thought everything was okay, but it has turned out to be wrong...I know that it was my fault for not being able to pass her the key but I really did not do it on purpose...It was just coincidental that I could'nt make it on time to pass her the key, and Cindy just did the same thing back to me hoping that I'll feel what she has felt...I mean, I'm really sorry but if I had the ability to control what happens, I will pass her the key if I could but it just happens so that, each time a thing happens...I'm so far away from reaching her, I know it's my fault for not being able to pass her the key...But is this the way to tell me, that I'm responsible for getting her into trouble? I would rather Cindy tell me straight to my face about what was wrong then ignoring me...We both were getting along so well, but whatever has happened, has put a strain on our friendship...I really don't know how to save this relationship and I also don't know how to mend it...Perhaps, time will heal this wound by itself cuz even though Cindy and I had already thrashed everything out through smses...It's still not getting good...A face to face talk might be better but, I don't think Cindy would wanna see me...So, I guessed that's it...I've already told Elsie that I would'nt be working at Zouk anymore, I know it's a utter disappointment cuz previously I've agreed to work till the february 11...There's no better solution for me already, it's saddening to mention...I just don't wanna feel upset anymore...I wish for Cindy and me to be like the past again very soon...I'm sorry if you think I've ever done you wrong...
28January2006, Eve of CNY Laogong came to my house after he got off work and woke me up to help me out, cuz my dad had wanted me to do some last-minute chinese new year shopping...We went to the bank first and exchange the $200 into denominations of $10 for my dad, then went home to put the money inside dad's drawer and also retrieve the list I had written on, the various stuffs to buy... Laogong and I, then went to NTUC and quickly gotten the stuffs needed and then went to pay, there were lotsa people at NTUC as well so we had to wait for quite awhile until it was our turn to pay...We had a NTUC's trolley with us, so we used it to place all the stuffs bought in and went to the wet-market and bought the ingredients needed for steamboat...It was my very-first time, having to buy vegetables and meat from the wet-market...The floor was slippery and it felt hot, almost everywhere, aunties were seen bargaining and all...I did not bargain at all but just grabbed, paid and go...*grins...Laogong stood aside watching me walking up and down...Alas, when I've got everything bought, Laogong and I were ready to go back to my house... Once at home, we took out the stuffs from the trolley and dad put all the items into the refrigerator...Laogong sat down to rest for short while and I quickly went to bath...After that, Laogong and I walked back to his house and did some last-minute clearence inside his room, I helped out and also placed all the plush-toys caught by Laogong, nicely in a corner of his study-table...The result? Was a much tidy and neat room, with dust cleared and pleasing to the eye...=))

I was too tired the night before, so I overslept...Though I'm supposed to meet up with Laogong after his work, but I continued lazing in my bed...Laogong called thrice and also sent me a sms but, I ignored it all cuz I was just too tired...Only till 10plus did I woke up and gave Laogong a miss call...Laogong replied with a sms and told me to get ready, cuz he's on his way to my house to fetch me...Then Laogong would bring me down to Pioneer Mall for my breakfast and, also to buy PSP (PlayStation Portable)...Laogong said he wanted to buy it for me to play while I'm bored, and that once Laogong has bought it, he'll put movies that are available from his company's computer inside the PSP for me to see...Laogong also told me, if the next time he were to play his PS2, I would'nt be bored as well cuz I will have PSP to accompany me...*Grins...I love Laogong for his thoughtful side, just love him so much...*bleahs...
When we've reached Pioneer Mall, I quickly turned to look at the push carts located in there, to see if Ping was working...It turned out that Ping was working there, so I chatted with her while Laogong went to lock his bicycle...After that, Laogong and I went up to the game shop located on the 2nd floor, where Laogong enquired about the PSP's differences in price...A short while later, Laogong bought me down to the foodcourt and I had tom yam ramen while Laogong ate a bowl of desert...Halfway through, Laogong's colleague came to meet us at the foodcourt...Cuz Laogong's colleague had wanted to buy a PSP for himself, so then after we went up again to the game shop to make purchases...
Laogong bought the black colored PSP with included earpiece, a 1gig Scandisk memory stick, a 32mbs Sony memory stick...I cant remembered what package this was classified under, but it costed Laogong $489...Laogong also had me chosen a game for myself, I took quite some time pondering over which games I should get and finally, I got Popolo Crois (a RPG game) for myself...Laogong took The Prince Of Persia, then Laogong finally paid and we went off...
Both Laogong and I waved goodbye to Ping, as we rode off in Laogong's bicycle...Back at Laogong's house, Laogong asked me to test out my game and I did while he fell asleep and guess what? I must have played for more than an hour, cuz I only stopped at 4plus in the afternoon to join Laogong in bed...*Pouts...

Woke up early today, Laogong brought me to Mcdonald's to have our favourite breakfast then send me off to Ah ger's house before going back home himself...Ah ger and I spent around an hour doing our make-ups than took a cab down to Jurong East's Kbox the third time...The staffs at Jurong East's Kbox seemed to regconize me already...*Grins...Our lunch this time round was a better one than before, hmmm...Wonder how come so big difference...I had chicken rice while Ah ger had laska, both tasted quite ok...
After our singing session, we headed down to Orchard...Once we've reached orchard station, we got hoarded by 3persons...Two of which were girls, guess they were talent-scouting/recruiting people...They asked if we had the interest to become models...*Faint..I gave them my numbers and quickly walked off...The third person was a malay guy who said he thought, Ah ger was a malay as well...Ah ger was laughing away when she heard that, and asked me if she had really looked like a malay...We just brushed him off as well and went to Far East...
I bought a black silky-material tube top, Ah ger said I looked nice in it when I tried it on...Hope Laogong will like it as well..*Pouts...I had also fancied a black flowery-pattern skirt which was the type that Laogong had told me he would like to see me wear...Thought it was nice, but I did not buy it in the end cuz I thought of getting a shorter one...*Grins...
Ah ger and I then went to Wistma after that and shopped around somemore...Finally, we got on the train back to lakeside and got to home to rest...

Laogong brought me to Kbox (Jurong East) for a singing session, it was to make up for the day before cuz we could'nt spend the his off day together alone...Laogong and I sang lotsa duets through out the whole 4hours, and we even lazed in each other's arms...We always enjoyed singing together occasionally...I just love Laogong for doting on me so much...
After our singing session, Laogong asked me where I intended to go...Withour second thoughts, I mentioned Bugis and Laogong immediately replied by telling me that, he had also knew that I was thinking of going to Bugis..The both of us shopped around Bugis, and I found the heart-shaped flower stalk which I saw on tv...I told Laogong that I want that for valentine's but he did'nt said anything, Laogong only said jokinly that he would not be able to get a present for me this valentine's cuz he does not have the time to go buy a present for me...Laogong said I was practically with him everyday of the week so I won't get a present cuz he does'nt has the time...
Ah ger smsed me while Laogong and I were window-shopping in the whilst, said that she'll be reaching Bugis too...We met up with her and Jieyi then went to have our early dinner at V8 but Ah ger and Jieyi did not join Laogong and me, they went shopping around as well...After our dinner, Laogong and I met up with Ah ger and Jieyi again at the arcade in Bugis...Laogong tried to catch a really gigantic bugs bunny for me but gave up as he noticed that it was a cheat...The bugs bunny was too heavy to be lifted...We all left and went back to Jurong Point as Laogong had to go work already...

29January2006, 1st day of Chinese New Year Happy Chinese New Year!!! It is this time of the year again, where every chinese in Singapore celebrates year after year...Rather fast this year round, is'nt it? I used to remembered that CNY falls on February...Now, I'm older by a year as well...Time really flies...
I woke up exceptionally early on this day, the reason? *grins...To doll myself up for this joyous occasion...I did my hair all by myself using the Loreal hair-spray and some curlers, then let it set while I spent a long hour plus on make-up...I used faux eye-lashes this time round for a dolly-look and it really tested my patient cuz I had to restick them time and again, but in the end I finally succeeded and managed to finish on time before Laogong comes to my house to greet my father and pick me up...
I waited for Laogong to come as soon as I was done with my make-up but Laogong was late and had only reached my house at around 10plus in the morning...As soon as Laogong reached, he took out 2mandarine oranges and greeted my dad a happy chinese new year...Quite formal, but I also thought Laogong had looked very cute while greeting dad...*Grins...Dad kept urging Laogong to eat the tibits available and chatted with Laogong continuously, after Laogong had eaten a little of everything, we went out and walked to Laogong's house...
I had forgotten to bring oranges with me, but luckily Laogong had some...So I used two of it to greet Laogong's father happy chinese new year, I also shook hands with Laogong's mum and said the same to her...Laogong and I waited for his family to get ready then, went to Laogong's grandma's house in his father's car...We all spent a short while at Laogong's grandma's house, greeted his grandma the same words and also his relatives the same then quickly went off...Laogong's father fetched us to his grandfather house near Tiong Bahru and went off as Laogong's father had to go fetch a customer...After reaching, Laogong, me, Annie (Laogong's younger sister), mum and Steven (Laogong's cousin) went to eat at Long John's in Tiong Bahru shopping center then after and returned to the house...So, Laogong, me, his sister and mum spent the day at his grandfather's house after doing the same old thing and getting ANG PAOS!! wahahah...
Together, Laogong and I heard a shocking news from Steven...While Steven's younger sister was still sleeping, he told us that ShaoWen (Steven's younger sister) was already 2months pregnant...My immediate reaction was "OMG", I could'nt believe what I had heard from him...ShaoWen was of the same age as I am!! She has a baby in her stomach!! Laogong, too was shocked...So was Laogong's mum...Previously, Steven's elder sister had just given birth to a baby boy before marriage and the father of this cute baby is also living under the same roof together with them all now...Then, now comes this shocking news...Steven had told us that ShaoWen was repeatedly reminded by the elders not to be as foolish as their elder sister but the incident had still happened unknowingly...Steven said that the recent happenings in his family has the ability to compete with the dramas showing on tv...Still, it's shocking to me...However, I would still wish ShaoWen and her husband-to-be happiness...
Laogong then got tired as he had'nt managed to get some rest after his work, so he went to catch some sleep in his cousin's room while I watched Memoirs of A Geisha on Steven's computer...The movie was really long, a good 3hours!! I felt sleepy but still got to finish watching as it was pretty good movie to boot...Steven came into the room a few times to chat with me, hoping that I would'nt get bored...Then, ShaoWen woke up and came to say hi to me, I turn around and looked at her, she said I looked so differrent with my make-up that she almost could'nt regconise me...*Grins...ShaoWen chatted with me for a short while then went away to do her things and all then alas went out to meet her boyfriend, leaving me to continue with Geisha...Steven told me that it was rather good movie but on the contary that if you look at this movie from another point, would turn out to be not as good as well...Urm, anyway...I still liked this movie...Loved the eyes of Zhang Ziyi, especially...=))
After this movie, I went inside the room and disturbed Laogong, trying to get him outta the bed by he refused to bug and begged me for another half-an-hour more to sleep...Seeing that he was really tired, I got out of the room and went to watch Love Concierge on the same computer together with Annie (Laogong's younger sister)...Half-an-hour passed quickly and I woke Laogong up, then we used Steven's computer to check out the available timings for the movie, "I not Stupid too"...After much discussion with Laogong, we decided to go to Tiong Bahru to catch this show...Laogong and I walked to Tiong Bahru from his grandfather's house and upon reaching golden village, there was a massive crowd...We both queued up till it was our turn and finally purchased four tickets for ourselves, Steven and Annie...
We went back to grandfather's house and had our dinner there, Laogong's uncles and aunties were humourous people...They even asked Laogong to get some fish for me to eat, telling Laogong not to get those with bones in it for me...It was rather funny seeing them talk to Laogong, and Laogong also joked with them...After our dinner, Laogong and I went down to the 5th floor to one of his uncle's house to collect some phone cards and also chatted abit then went back to the his grandfather's house...By the time, ShaoWen came back home together with her boyfriend and pestered Steven wanting to watch the movie together with us as well...They quickly booked the tickets online then we off together to catch the movie...
It was less crowded when we've reached, still gotta queue a short while when getting our food and drinks...Then in we went, the whole movie lasted 2hours plus...It was a better one compared to the first "I not Stupid", cuz this one really moved Laogong and me...What it had showed, reflected the real things in life now, very well and true...A good local brew!! I give it all thumbs up, kudos for such a wonderful show!!
