Laogong came to my house after he got off work and woke me up to help me out, cuz my dad had wanted me to do some last-minute chinese new year shopping...We went to the bank first and exchange the $200 into denominations of $10 for my dad, then went home to put the money inside dad's drawer and also retrieve the list I had written on, the various stuffs to buy...

Laogong and I, then went to NTUC and quickly gotten the stuffs needed and then went to pay, there were lotsa people at NTUC as well so we had to wait for quite awhile until it was our turn to pay...We had a NTUC's trolley with us, so we used it to place all the stuffs bought in and went to the wet-market and bought the ingredients needed for steamboat...It was my very-first time, having to buy vegetables and meat from the wet-market...The floor was slippery and it felt hot, almost everywhere, aunties were seen bargaining and all...I did not bargain at all but just grabbed, paid and go...*grins...Laogong stood aside watching me walking up and down...Alas, when I've got everything bought, Laogong and I were ready to go back to my house...

Once at home, we took out the stuffs from the trolley and dad put all the items into the refrigerator...Laogong sat down to rest for short while and I quickly went to bath...After that, Laogong and I walked back to his house and did some last-minute clearence inside his room, I helped out and also placed all the plush-toys caught by Laogong, nicely in a corner of his study-table...The result? Was a much tidy and neat room, with dust cleared and pleasing to the eye...=))
